I googled the hemi tick years ago and it said its broken exhaust bolts of which I had fixed on the passenger side. Still heard the ticking but a little less, then the driver side started ticking.

Bone stock with the exception of K&N Cold Air Intake. 196k and change and still runs like a dream. Motor is stout and trans shifts like butter.. The Hemi MDS gets a lot of hate but it's hard to argue with 22.4 MPG on a 460 mile road trip.
