For the first time since 2015, Nebraska football has won a bowl game. The Huskers beat Boston College 20-15 in the Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium Saturday afternoon. NU is now 1-0 all time against BC.

The Pinstripe Bowl marked Nebraska’s 54th bowl appearance, and the win moved the Husker’s bowl record to 27-27 all-time. The game also marked Nebraska's first bowl game in New York since the 1962 Gotham Bowl, head coach Bob Devaney's first season. Nebraska defeated Miami in that game 36-34.
