LEXINGTON, Ky. (WYMT) - Big Blue Madness will take place on Friday, Oct. 11 at Rupp Arena, officials with the University of Kentucky announced Monday. The event, which serves as the annual tip-off to the basketball season for the men’s and women’s teams, will take place inside Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center at 7 p.m.

All patrons, regardless of age, require a ticket for Big Blue Madness. Online orders will have a minimal service fee attached, with a limit of four tickets per household. All duplicate orders will automatically be canceled. Due to high demand, UK Athletics cannot guarantee that all fans will receive tickets.

Tickets for this year’s Big Blue Madness, the first under new UK basketball coaches Mark Pope and Kenny Brooks, will be available to fans later this week.
