Blockbuster horror comedy "Stree 2" has emerged as the first-ever Hindi film to cross the Rs 600 crore-mark at the domestic box office, the makers said on Monday. According to production house Maddock Films,

On Sunday, trade analyst Taran Adarsh said that the film scripted history at the box office and is scheduled to be the first Hindi film ever to cross the monumental ₹600 crore milestone in India, in terms of nett box office collection.

Stree 2 has been moviegoers top choice since the release. Last week, the movie saw a boost in ticket sales due to National Cinema Day on Friday when the tickets were available at Rs 99 only.
