Francesco Iaquinta, 62, is accused of watching pornography and touching himself while in a classroom with children at the Academy of Warren, the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office said in an Oct. 2 news release. Authorities did not state what grade Iaquinta was teaching. Academy Of Warren is a PK-8 school about 10 miles northeast from Detroit.

According to the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office, Francesco Iaquinta, 62, of Livonia, was a sub at Academy of Warren, a Pre-K to 8th grade school, on Sept. 24. Iaquinta was in a classroom with kids when he allegedly began watching pornography.

Yorllin Hernandez, 42, was arrested Friday and charged with injury to a a child with intent causing bodily injury.

Jordan Palomares, 25, was arrested Tuesday and charged with four counts of possessing child pornography, according to a news release from Chesapeake police. Palomares’ profile on LinkedIn lists him as a teacher at Deep Creek Middle School since August 2023.
