Bubba Wallace will start third in the Daytona 500 on Sunday Wallace won the first Duel qualifying race ahead of William Byron and Ty Dillon. He had a fast car for much of the race and was able to control the lead at the front for the final laps.

The big one wiped out collected another six cars on Lap 15 including Wallace. The No. 23 McDonald’s Toyota Camry XSE took minor damage when J.J. Yeley spun to avoid the main wreck. Despite the damage, the 23XI Racing driver quickly moved forward when the green flag waved once again.
