AC Milan have signed Portuguese forward Joao Felix from Chelsea on loan for the rest of the season, while Chelsea have brought in French midfielder Mathis Amougou from Saint-Etienne on an eight-year contract,

AC Milan are closing in on a loan deal for Chelsea forward João Félix, a source has told ESPN. The 25-year-old is expected to move to Italy in an agreement which would see Milan pay a loan fee in the region of €2m-€3m ($2m-$3m). The Serie A club would also be paying all of his wages.
