Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy S25 series on January 5, 2025, according to a leaked survey. The timing of this launch is earlier than expected, as the Galaxy S24 launched in late January, while the Galaxy S23 debuted in mid-February.

Samsung will release the Galaxy S25 family in early 2025—it won't admit that, but we all know it's happening. The new phones will undoubtedly run the latest Qualcomm silicon with big, bright OLED screens, but there may be a surprise inside. A leaker claims Samsung will finally add support for A/B system updates with the Galaxy S25.

However, the Galaxy S25 wouldn't be the first Samsung phone to get this functionality: it's also available on the Samsung Galaxy A55 that launched earlier this year. It would be the first time it had shown up on a flagship Samsung phone, however.
