Paramount has announced that the sequel Sonic the Hedgehog 4 is set to be released on March 19, 2027. It’s ahead of the current schedule, seeing as it’s the only title on that date, though that’s sure to change over the next two years.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is not yet available to watch on any streaming platform, and Paramount has yet to confirm a streaming release date. We do know though that Sonic 3 will be available to watch on the studio's own streaming service Paramount+ in the UK and the US after its digital release.

Sonic the Hedgehog 4 has set its release date just days after the franchise's third instalment broke a new record. Deadline reports that the fourth film will land in cinemas on March 19, 2027, a week before the Easter holiday weekend.
