The fast-moving wildfire near the city of Camarillo has forced the evacuation of more than 10,000 people and threatens thousands of homes across Ventura County.

FEMA authorized the use of federal funds to help the state battle the Mountain Fire, which has burned about 10,500 acres on Wednesday.
