A speeding car crashed into a trailer truck in Gujarat`s Sabarkantha, killing 7 men and injuring one. The accident occurred on a highway near Himatnagar

According to reports, the tragic incident happened on Himmatnagar highway at around 6 a.m. The police have taken the bodies into custody and also sent them for post-mortem. The preliminary investigation reveals that the accident was caused by the carelessness of driver. The police are actively conducting further investigations.

The accident took place on the National Highway near a cooperative mill in Sabarkantha's Himmat Nagar when the car rammed into the rear end of a truck at around 6 am on Wednesday.

According to the officials, the car was carrying several persons from Shamlaji to Ahmedabad when it hit the trailer from behind while it was going ahead on a national highway.
