The Houston Texans are going over what went wrong in their 34-7 defeat at the hands of the Minnesota Vikings in Week 3. While a lot went wrong, a few things went right, and that should be promising going into their next matchup.

The Texans worked Minnesota into another red-zone third down. But Darnold found a wide-open Jones (33) on a crossing route, and the running back flipped over linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair (0), landing in the end zone to give the Vikings two-score lead.

Right now, after 3 weeks, the Texans record sits at 2-1. On the defensive side they played pretty good against the Vikings, but run defense was not up to par and needs to be improved moving forward as they gave up over 100 yards to RB Aaron Jones who averaged over 5 yards per carry.
