Kanye West's former Yeezy employee, Murphy Aficionado, has filed a lawsuit claiming "unlawful termination" and that he was not compensated for his work. He also alleged the rapper made discriminatory statements about the Jewish and Filipino communities and engaged in sexual activity when Aficionado was in nearby rooms.

The lawsuit details multiple claims, including discrimination, harassment, and labour violations during Aficionado's brief employment with Kanye West.

In court documents obtained by 'Page Six', he detailed one incident where West summoned him to a Beverly Hills hotel for a meeting, only for Aficionado to find the rapper “shirtless and out of breath” while his now-wife Bianca Censori stood topless nearby.
