I am right here in the U.S and have to send buncha videos (SVCDs) overseas to a friend. There are about 10 CDs. I want to spend as less as possible in shipping fees.<BR><BR>I am gonna be using USPS.

I sold some here a while ago. $4 to $8 each depending on how new/popular the stuff is. I shipped them USPS media rate in the cd-mailer envelopes available from Office Depot for like five-for-a-dollar.
