LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Very cold arctic air has filtered into Arkansas, with the coldest impacts expected Sunday night through Wednesday morning. Due to the nature and duration of the extreme cold, a Weather Impact Alert is in effect now through noon Wednesday.
