The Pakistan Cricket Board has chosen the United Arab Emirates as a neutral venue to host India's games at next year's Champions Trophy following a standoff between the two rivals.

India will play their Champions Trophy matches in the United Arab Emirates next year after hosts Pakistan selected the Gulf country as a neutral venue for their rivals, the Pakistan Cricket Board said.

The International Cricket Council has confirmed India will not play in Pakistan during the Champions Trophy next year.

Dubai has been confirmed as the venue for all matches of the Champions Trophy 2025 involving India, including one of the semi-finals and possibly the final, too, if India get there. The schedule, officially released by the ICC on Tuesday,

The Champions Trophy will be held in Pakistan and Dubai, after hosts Pakistan selected the UAE as a neutral venue for their rivals India, the International Cricket Council (ICC) said on Tuesday. Holders Pakistan will host an ICC event for the first time in 28 years.

Pakistan will take on arch-rival India in the marquee group game of the 2025 Champions Trophy in Dubai on Feb. 23 after the ICC finally announced the schedule for the tournament.

Champions Trophy in Pakistan will have two venues, with India playing all their games in the United Arab Emirates. The final is scheduled for Lahore. Only, if India qualify that game will also shift to the UAE.
