A federal judge in Concord in will hear preliminary injunction arguments Monday in a lawsuit challenging the Trump administration's birthright citizenship executive order that seeks to deny citizenship status for children born in the United States to noncitizens.

The District Court in New Hampshire granted an injunction which prevents the executive order from being enacted.
