Rocket company Blue Origin is will lay off 10% of its workforce, CEO Dave Limp told employees Thursday. The company — which is based in Kent, Washington, and has a Phoenix office that opened in 2023 — employs 14,000 people, according to media reports, so the cuts will affect about 1,400 workers across its offices and facilities.
