The Los Angeles Lakers have reportedly acquired Mark Williams from the Charlotte Hornets for rookie Dalton Knecht and Cam Reddish, according to Shams Charania of ESPN. The Lakers are also sending a 2031 unprotected first-round pick and a 2030 pick swap to the Hornets in the trade.

Dalton Knecht was picked No. 17 by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2024 NBA Draft out of Tennessee. He was the SEC player of the year as a Vol.
