The FTC sued the Maryland-based Key Investment Group LLC and its affiliates for allegedly using fraud to purchase tickets for high-profile performances, including Taylor Swift's Eras' tour last year.

The FTC is taking aim against ticket resale sites, claiming that they used illegal methods to obtain and resell concert tickets.

Jake Paul and Gervonta Davis will fight Nov. 14 at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena, streaming live on Netflix.
