Clocks will "spring forward" one hour at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 9, 2025, causing most people to lose an hour of sleep. It won't be until Nov. 2, the first Sunday of November, when Americans fiddle with their clocks again to " fall back" to standard time.

After failing in 2023, Texas lawmakers are once again proposing an end to daylight saving time. President Trump has shared similar sentiments.

Legislation has been filed in the Texas House and Texas Senate to end the process of changing the clocks twice a year.
