As global concern over the crisis in Gaza intensifies, Steve Witkoff, Trump's special envoy to the Middle East, visited an aid distribution site in the enclave.

WASHINGTON—U.S. Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff is set to visit the Gaza Strip on Friday to develop a new aid-distribution plan, the White House said Thursday, part of the Trump administration’s push to alleviate the deepening humanitarian crisis.

The officials will inspect aid distribution sites and "secure a plan to deliver more food," White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said.
