A southern Indiana man is facing child phonography charges.Indiana State Police arrested 39-year-old Alfred De La Garza for three counts of possession and/or distribution of child pornography.Police say the investigation began in July 2024 when the Indianapolis Metro Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about images possible depicting child porn being uploaded to social media.
ISP found De La Garza at his home in Elizabeth on Thursday and served a warrant. Following an interview, he was arrested and booked into the Floyd County Jail on three felony counts of possession and/or distribution of child pornography.
