Indiana hosts Cleveland in Game 3 on Friday night, but the chances for Garland to play are slim, according to ESPN NBA Insider Brian Windhorst. Speaking on ESPN Cleveland's "5 Good Minutes With Windy" show on Thursday morning, Windhorst shared a gloomy outlook for Garland as the guard recovers from his injury.

The left toe sprain that has kept Cleveland’s Darius Garland out of the past two games is a “significant concern” for the team heading into their second-round Game 1 matchup against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday. "What the team has said to me is that this is a significant concern, this injury," NBA Tv's Jared Greenberg said prior to the game.

The Cavs conducted a shootaround prior to leaving for Indiana Thursday afternoon. Darius Garland, De’Andre Hunter and Evan Mobley took part.
