The Texas Hill Country, which was ravaged by severe storms Friday leading to at least 25 deaths and scores of both missing and rescued individuals, is expected to see inches of additional rain Saturday.

Authorities stressed that the situation was still developing and that the death toll could change, with rescue operations ongoing.

The death toll from sudden floods in the Texas Hill Country rose to 24 Friday night, officials said, as the search for more than 20 people missing from a girls summer camp continued through the night.
