UFC middleweight Paulo Costa has spoken openly about how he mixed things up following his defeat to Sean Strickland.

Once a highly touted and undefeated knockout artist, ‘Borrachinha’ has fallen on hard times in recent years. Since Costa was tipped for stardom by Dana White in 2018, he’s won just two fights.
