Investigators on Thursday arrested a teenage boy on suspicion of homicide in a shooting that killed another teen more than two months ago in Sacramento's Meadowview neighborhood. The 15-year-old boy was arrested as a suspect in the May 27 shooting that killed Julius Shawn Marcel Chaney, 15, of Sacramento.
