Whenever I try to open SolidWorks, I receive a License Manager error message saying that it is unable to get a login ticket. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists.

Refreshing or closing and re-opening SW license manager doesn't change the situation either. I've attached a screen capture of the processes running (in windows task manager).
