Now that you know what zone 2 cardio is (see last video), here are a few of the myths that are floating around on social media right now. Myth: zone 2 is the best kind of exercise. Nope! Every “zone” has its benefits, and the best thing you can do is get a mix of different kinds. Myth: you should stay out of zone 3. Nope! Medium-intensity is good for you too. It’s not a “gray zone” with no benefits!. The grain of truth here is that you shouldn’t limit yourself to ONLY medium intensity. But a lot
