This is our One Pot Beef & Carrot Cold Noodle Dish. Great for those who want a non-spicy cold noodle dish. Relatively a new dish we have been enjoying in our rotation this summer. Very easy to make on a lazy weekday night. SERVES: 2 INGREDIENTS: Carrot seasoning: 6oz carrots (shredded) 2 Tbsp veg oil (we use avocado oil) 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar Meat seasoning: 6 oz ground beef 2 tsp soy sauce (we use regular @KikkomanUSA) 2 1/2 tsp sugar Noodle seasoning: 6oz somyeon (we use @sempio.official) 1
