We let fevers run unless they are completely disrupting sleep (sleep is incredibly important to heal) We add proteins and fats in everywhere we can when we have no appetite (collagen and heavy cream in smoothies, raw milk, etc) We do our jobs, but listen to our bodies when it's time to rest (which was extremely frequent.
